Maurfilm’s animated film, About a Cow, has been honored with the prestigious New Swiss Talent award at the Fantoche Festival. This accolade, which recognizes the best Swiss film by a student or debut filmmaker, underscores the film’s exceptional quality and innovative storytelling.
The Fantoche Festival, known for celebrating the best in animation, introduced the “Swiss Competition” in 2009 to spotlight Swiss talent on the global stage. The award was received by Swiss co-producer Sereina Gabathuler from Dschoint Ventschr Filmproduktion.
