Today the short filmThe Tree starts its widespread distribution across cinemas as a support film for the feature film Zloději zelených koní (2016) from the director Dan Wlodarczyk. The main feature film was based on the book by Jiří Hájíček and it tells the story of two moldavite hunters for whom the illegal mining of moldavites is as much a passion as a livelihood.
This is the second time MAUR film has managed to get a short film into cinemas as a support film. The last time it was Lucie Sunková‘s short film New Goodness which was shown before Jitka Rudolfová’s film Rozkoš (2013).
